Entry-Level IT Support & Desktop Technician

Science and Engineering Services, LLC is seeking an IT Technician I to provide first-level support for users of SES IT equipment both onsite and offsite. Responsibilities include assisting with routine problems, installing Windows OS and applications, and conducting maintenance of systems. The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in a computer-related field, along with good customer service and communication skills. This role may allow for 0-2 years of IT support experience. The position is located in Columbia, Maryland.
