We're looking for a resourceful, tech-savvy go-getter to join our Annapolis HQ as a Temporary Office Manager for the summer. You'll be the go-to person keeping daily operations running smoothly, answering phones, handling mail, providing admin support, and tackling whatever comes your way. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world office experience in a fast-paced, professional environment — and a perfect fit for a college student looking to make the most of their summer. This role will report to the Director of Operations and Employee Engagement.

Temporary, Non-Exempt

Pay:

$25.00 – $30.00/hour

Duration:

May – August

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

Manage incoming mail and packages

Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and document prep

Troubleshoot basic tech issues (copiers, conference room AV, etc.)

Maintain organized office files and shared systems

Handle ad hoc support tasks and special projects as needed

Keep the office organized and welcoming

What We're Looking For

Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and general software tools

Strong communicator with a warm, professional demeanor

Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities

Flexible and adaptable, no two days are exactly the same
