Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager
Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience working with all facets of a Pre‑Litigation case. This is a full‑time position with a salary range of $60,000‑$75,000 (DOE) and a bonus plan.
Job Duties
Assist the Attorney with new client intake
Open new claims with the Insurance Adjuster
Monitor client’s medical treatments
Gather evidence: medical records, bills, police report, photos, etc.
Prepare the Demand through a template for the Attorney’s review
Assist with lien reductions when necessary
Case Managers must have excellent customer service skills, be dependable, be compassionate, be detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
