We are seeking a versatile

Plant Operator

to handle the production, batching, and logistics of concrete admixtures.

Location:

Denver, CO 80239

Work Schedule:

Mon to Fri / 1st Shift: 7:30 am to 4 pm

Pay rate:

$19.49 - $24 per hour (according to experience)

Contract:

W2 under staffing supplier; with a 3-month duration (temp to hire)

Key Responsibilities

Production:

Batch and mix raw materials using precise formulas and procedures.

Logistics:

Manage raw material receiving, QA sampling, and loading tankers/totes.

Admin:

Generate delivery paperwork and manage inventory logs via computer.

Maintenance:

Perform basic plant repairs (pumps/meters) and facility cleaning.

Requirements

Experience:

1+ year

Sit Down Forklift

and industrial batching/mixing.

Skills:

Basic math, MS Office (Excel/Outlook), and valid Driver’s License.

Physical:

Lift

55 lbs

(up to 80 lbs preferred), climb ladders, and work in all weather.

Education:

HS Diploma or GED.

Details

Attributes:

Organized, dependable for early/late shifts, and mechanically inclined.

Preferred:

Sage/SharePoint knowledge and liquid/pneumatic plumbing skills.
