This is a seasonal position.

Lake Blackshear Resort has 10 lake cabins and 82 camp sites located on beautiful 8800‑acre cypress lake with restaurant, bar, off site fitness center, conference center, marina with a lake restaurant, 18 hole-golf course designed by Denis Griffiths, hunting preserve, fishing and more.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a . This role is essential in providing exceptional service within our food service or hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning, bussing, food handling, and customer service, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in the food industry while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
Buss tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean environment for guests
Handle food items safely following proper food handling procedures
Assist with catering events or special functions when required
Maintain communication with team members to ensure smooth workflow and guest satisfaction
Support kitchen staff with basic tasks during busy periods
Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality industries is preferred
Knowledge of cleaning protocols and food handling safety standards
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions accurately

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
