Summary:
The Bartender will provide exceptional guest service through friendly interactions while serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They will skillfully mix drinks, upsell menu items, and efficiently serve guests according to Company Standards.
Responsibilities
Greet and interact with guests courteously.
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with precision.
Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
Ensure adherence to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco
icotine-free policy.
All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications
6+ months of bartending experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
