We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk to join our team. The Front Desk will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests
Take hotel and restaurant reservations
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and the ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to handle emergency and stressful situations like resolving customer conflicts
Ability to make quick decisions
Ability to create a positive and welcoming customer experience
