Receptionist
Butler Snow LLP is looking for a Receptionist to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct call traffic to the proper people
Provide office support via clerical activities
Manage and distribute mail delivery within the office
Coordinate meetings collaborative with our Audio/Visual team
Copy, scan and organize files.
Perform general hospitality services including lunch setup and clean up for meetings, Caterer coordination and meeting room management
Create and maintain a welcoming comfortable tidy environment for our guests, clients, and staff
What You’ll Bring:
Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to work with professionalism and integrity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Law Firm experience preferred
Minimum of one to two years’ experience in customer service/hospitality/event organization
