As one of California's largest plaintiff personal injury firms, we’ve expanded into Washington and are seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join our new office. Handle cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution, honing your leadership skills and client advocacy.

Work closely with our team, contributing to case strategies and mentoring support staff.

Compensation:
Base salary plus profit share: $120,000 - $200,000 per year plus bonus/commission DOE
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience as an attorney.
Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar.
Proven success in handling personal injury cases and strong client advocacy.
Strong leadership and management abilities, capable of fostering a high-performing team.
Tech-savvy with experience in legal research tools and software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Motivated, ambitious, and committed to long-term success.
