Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support aircraft systems training for the 777X program. This role involves leading process improvement initiatives, conducting operational assessments, and delivering technical training to enhance manufacturing performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead group sessions using Lean principles to implement and improve production processes
Analyze operational data and assess processes against standards
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Develop strategies, plans, and performance metrics to meet business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of aircraft systems (hydraulics, avionics, flight controls)
Experience in manufacturing operations and Lean methodologies
Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
Experience delivering technical training or instruction
Bachelor’s degree with 8–10+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
