Job Summary: We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team!
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
Prepare apartments for new residents (painting, cleaning, basic repairs).
Maintain grounds and common areas.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of maintenance.
Previous experience preferred but not required.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work independently.

Pay
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour.
