Pay Information

Hourly Pay: $21.84 per hour

Shift Differential: $0.60 per hour

Overtime Pay: $32.76 per hour

Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday 5:30 PM‑4:00 AM or Tuesday, Thursday‑Saturday 5:30 PM‑4:00 AM

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred

Valid Forklift Operator’s License certified

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Team‑player with ability to work in a diverse environment

Capability to build professional relationships at all levels within the organization

Highly thorough and dependable

Punctual with a good attendance record

Performs work independently with minimal supervision

High initiative and strong accuracy under pressure

Ability to lift or push/pull up to 35 lbs

Ability to stand for extended periods

Adherence to health and safety procedures

Availability for a flexible shift schedule

Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

Responsibilities

Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting

Conduct duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract

Accurately pick and pack, audit, tote induction, staging of products and load/unload trucks

Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.

Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours of production

Perform other duties as assigned
