Own the most complex bends on the floor.
In this senior‑level role, you’ll be the technical anchor for CNC press brake work—leading intricate setups, validating first‑article quality, and keeping production on track through expert problem‑solving and mentorship.
What your day looks like
Plan, set up, program, and run CNC press brakes to produce complex components with repeatable precision.
Decode detailed blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions to achieve exact specifications.
Select the right tooling, calculate bend allowances, and refine setups for speed without sacrificing quality.
Measure and verify parts using precision gauges and hand metrology tools; perform visual inspections throughout the run.
Stage materials, document work accurately, and coordinate with production to hit schedule and delivery goals.
Coach and mentor Level I and II operators, elevating team capability and consistency.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
What you’ll bring
Expert‑level CNC press brake setup and operation, ideally within metal stamping/manufacturing environments.
Fluency in reading complex blueprints and translating them into reliable setups.

Qualifications
Advanced CNC press brake setup skills and strong mechanical aptitude.

5+ years in metal fabrication or related manufacturing preferred (more experience a plus).
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Physical requirements
Stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for precision tasks.
