Job Description
The HR Dispatcher will support workforce coordination and HR operations by managing staffing coverage needs across multiple job sites. This role plays a critical part in ensuring proper staffing levels, responding to real-time changes, and supporting administrative HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and communications for the operations team in a professional and timely manner
Track employee attendance, absences, and time-off requests, and arrange coverage as needed
Assign temporary or replacement staff to ensure uninterrupted operations across sites
Communicate staffing updates clearly with field teams and internal stakeholders
Support offboarding processes, including collecting company-issued materials
Monitor temporary staff performance and elevate concerns when appropriate
Maintain and update staffing lists, schedules, and internal records
Investigate and help resolve timekeeping discrepancies in coordination with payroll and operations
Assist with payroll-related processes such as check distribution and tracking
Review staffing and payroll-related reports to ensure accurate employee classifications and coverage
Support resolution of payroll inquiries, including stop payment requests when necessary
Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish required
2+ years of experience in a call center, HR support, or administrative role
Basic understanding of HR practices, staffing coordination, and employee support functions
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly for tracking and reporting
Soft Skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume environment (calls and emails daily)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stay composed and effective under pressure
Clear and professional communication skills
Education
High school diploma required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
