You will:
Support C‑suite and senior leadership searches with leading US and global clients
Conduct research and map markets and identify high‑calibre talent across defined sectors
Build longlists and develop a clear view of how organisations and leadership teams are structured
Engage senior candidates and support relationship‑building over time
Prepare research packs, candidate summaries, and market intelligence reports
Work closely with experienced search consultants and the wider Qurated team to deliver high‑quality outcomes
Who this suits
Early‑career candidates (recent graduates or up to ~1–2 years’ experience)
Strong communicators who are confident engaging with senior stakeholders
