
Technical Support Analyst (Mac and Windows)

TekStream Solutions has an immediate need for a Technical Support Analyst with experience providing technical support for Windows and Mac laptops, iOS and Android mobile devices, monitors, printers, and other technology equipment. Applicants must be open to a long term contract and local to Atlanta, GA as these roles are onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:30 – 5:00 pm ET.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers into walk-up support area, and engage proactively in supporting their technology needs
Provide excellent, effective troubleshooting of devices including Mac and Windows laptops, iOS and Android mobile devices
Open, document, and route support incidents effectively
Monitor, stock, and maintain technology vending machines across campus
Install, replace, and troubleshoot campus monitors and other technology equipment
Walk to a user’s workspace and assist with troubleshooting of monitors, printers, and other on-campus technology equipment
Assist in organizing and staging laptops, chargers, adapters, documentation, and other necessary items in preparation for large-scale new hire classes of up to 70 individuals
Assist in delivery of laptops to new staff during new hire classes
Qualifications
5+ years technology support experience for a large-scale environment
5+ years experience supporting Mac and Windows endpoints
3+ years experience providing in-person technology support
Preferred Qualifications
Apple Certified Support Professional
Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
ITIL Foundation training
CompTIA A+ Certification
Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the US, on a direct W2 of TekStream Solutions (no C2C). Candidates must be local to Atlanta, and willing/able to work on site, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00PM, ET. Uniform Polo will be required and provided.
