About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer to support our recruiting team by building strong pipelines of IT talent. This role is focused on identifying and engaging candidates across application development, infrastructure, and other technical skill sets.

What You’ll Do

Source candidates across a variety of IT roles, including software engineering, infrastructure, data, QA, and project-based positions

Build and maintain targeted pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS (Loxo), and creative sourcing strategies

Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach to engage passive candidates and schedule qualified candidates with our recruiting team

Partner closely with recruiters and account managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and market challenges

Conduct initial outreach and high-level qualification (interest, availability, general alignment)

Track all activity and candidate engagement within the ATS (Loxo)

Continuously refine sourcing strategies based on feedback and role difficulty

Communicate effectively with recruiters and team members working on the same roles, sharing real-time insights on candidate feedback, market constraints, rate challenges, and sourcing obstacles in a clear and actionable way

What We’re Looking For

1–3+ years of IT sourcing experience, specifically within technical staffing environments

Experience sourcing for application development, infrastructure, and/or other IT skill sets

Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing client priorities and timelines while staying composed, solution-oriented, and focused on driving progress

Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques

Proven ability to onboard quickly in a new environment, learn processes and tools rapidly, and deliver results within a short ramp period

Experience with Loxo is a plus

Strong written communication and outreach skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust strategies across different roles

Naturally curious, proactive, and detail-oriented

Consistent, high-quality pipeline generation across active roles

Strong candidate engagement and response rates

Effective partnership with recruiters leading to quality submissions
