
Cloud Admin (Korean Bilingual)

Job Description
Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities for the cloud/infrastructure team
Coordinate team meetings, prepare materials, and track action items and updates
Assist with purchasing processes, including software, licenses, and IT-related services (PR/PO support)
Track budgets, expenses, and support cost analysis, projections, and reporting
Assist with business planning activities including basic P&L tracking and documentation for management review
Coordinate with procurement, finance, and HQ teams on ongoing projects and approvals
Support vendor communication, contract-related documentation, and cost discussions
Maintain and update internal systems and records (e.g., budget tracking, procurement data, asset updates)
Assist with onboarding tools, access coordination, and internal system updates related to cloud operations
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
0–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or IT-related roles
Strong numerical and analytical skills; comfortable working with budgets and data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Korean/English bilingual required
Preferred
Experience supporting IT, infrastructure, or cloud-related teams
Familiarity with procurement processes (PR/PO), budgeting, or cost tracking
Exposure to internal systems or tools (e.g., SAP, ticketing systems, documentation platforms)
