Position Overview
We have a full‑time associate attorney position available. The role offers the opportunity to learn from senior associates, provide legal counsel to clients, and grow within the firm.

Responsibilities

Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, settlement agreements, orders for contract negotiations and court proceedings.

Conduct legal research, prepare for, and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel under the direction of senior associate attorneys.

Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on potential resolutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.

Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently.

Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up‑to‑date information is readily available for other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Essential Skills and Aptitudes

Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.

Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve client needs and grow the client base.

Outstanding communication and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent research, analytical, verbal, and writing skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage a high‑volume caseload in a busy, fast‑paced environment.

Job Details

Job type: Full‑time.

Salary: From $60,000 per year.

Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Bonus pay: Supplemental.

Location: In person, San Antonio, TX 78229. Reliable commute or planning to relocate.

License: Bar License to practice law in the State of Texas (required).
