This is a seasonal leadership position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, TX. What You Will Do
As an Admissions Lead, you will take on a hands‑on leadership role while helping ensure smooth, efficient park entry for all guests. In addition to delivering outstanding guest service, you will support daily Admissions operations by guiding team members, assisting supervisors, and helping maintain safe, efficient, and guest‑focused entry procedures.
Responsibilities
Lead by example while welcoming guests entering and exiting the park
Support and guide Admissions Team Members during daily operations
Assist with coordinating ticket sales, season pass processing, and toll plaza operations
Serve as a point of contact for guest concerns and assist with issue resolution
Ensure accurate handling of parking fees, ticket sales, and POS transactionsMonitor guest flow and staffing needs to maintain efficient entry operations
Reinforce park policies, procedures, and guest service standards
Assist supervisors with training new team members and providing on‑the‑job guidance
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude that reflects park standards
Step into additional operational or leadership duties as assigned
Qualifications
Are at least 16+ years of age
Have strong guest service and leadership skills
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
Lead with enthusiasm, positivity, and accountability
Remain calm and focused in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
Demonstrate problem solving and decision‑making skills
Can work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
Have strong reading and comprehension skills in English
Can successfully complete training and pass all required assessments
Other Notes
Performs other duties as assigned or necessary to support park operations.
Reports to the Admissions Supervisor.
