Location: Houston, Texas
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy highway and civil construction projects in the Houston area.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Project Manager on Heavy Highway / Civil projects
Strong background in cost control, scheduling, and subcontractor management
Experience with mass excavation, concrete structures, bridges, and underground utilities
Ability to manage multiple project elements while maintaining schedule and budget
4-year technical degree required
Responsibilities
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly project costs and budgets
Oversee project personnel and field operations
Manage project schedules and subcontractors
Coordinate all correspondence and communication with the project owner
Support successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
