Job Description

As the Traveling Superintendent, you will report to senior operations leadership and take full ownership of site execution on ground?up correctional facilities.

• Lead day?to?day field operations from mobilization through close?out
• Oversee schedules, site logistics, safety, and quality control
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and municipal stakeholders
• Enforce safety programs and maintain a zero?incident culture
• Drive schedule adherence and resolve field issues proactively
• Partner closely with Project Managers to manage scope and sequencing
• Represent the company professionally with owners and public agencies

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience delivering ground?up correctional or detention facilities
• Background on large public?sector or municipal construction projects
• Experience managing projects valued from $5 million to $100 million+
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and quality control processes
• Ability to travel extensively and lead teams across multiple sites
• Proficiency with construction software such as Procore and Microsoft Project
• A hands?on leader who thrives in fast?paced, growth?oriented environments
