Job Description
Lead on‑site construction activities from mobilization through project close‑out
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, inspections, and schedules to maintain productivity
Ensure work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Partner with the Project Manager on scheduling, sequencing, and cost control
Maintain strong communication with clients, designers, and internal stakeholders
Promote a proactive safety‑first culture on every job site

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
Ability to lead subcontractors and field teams with professionalism and accountability
Hands‑on leadership style with a commitment to quality and safety
Willingness to work on projects primarily throughout the Southeast region
What's on Offer
$90,000-$125,000 base salary, depending on experience
