The Procurement Manager, Supply Chain and Operations, is a strategic leader responsible for driving sourcing excellence across all technical service categories, including Logistics, Freight, MRO, Utilities, and Lab Services. This role serves as a thought partner to stakeholders and a trusted advisor across the organization, with a focus on expanding strategic scope, deepening site integration, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role will maximize value to Pharmavite by establishing a sourcing roadmap for stakeholders to unlock strategic value from suppliers while managing a service-oriented operational model to support manufacturing sites and corporate needs. The role will oversee a spend of approximately $90 million. The Manager will report to the Director, Strategic Sourcing, and will manage a team of four direct reports – a combination of Associate Category Manager and Site Liaisons.

**You'll be most successful in this role if you have:** The ideal candidate has a broad range of experience leading and transforming high-performing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external customers to achieve Pharmavite’s objectives. You have a passion for developing talent and organizations that have a learning and continuous improvement mindset., with the ability to deal with ambiguity and synthesize complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable frameworks and recommendations.- **Influence and stakeholder engagement skills** across all levels of the organization and supplier base, enabling alignment on sourcing priorities and execution of cross-functional initiatives.- **Exceptional communication skills**, both written and verbal, to effectively convey strategies, decisions, and insights to diverse audiences, both internal and external.- **Strategic thinking and agility**, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, assess risk, and develop contingency plans that support business continuity.- **Fluency in sourcing operations**, including a deep understanding of the Procedure to Pay (P2P) process and experience implementing automated workflows, dashboards, and performance metrics to reduce tactical workload and enhance visibility.- **Experience managing organizational gaps**, deepening category sourcing expertise, expanding scope to new spend areas, realigning roles and responsibilities to manage organizational needs, and joint management model across categories.10+ years of work experience in Technical Services Sourcing and supply chain processes, including at least 5 years of experience in people management. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.- Experience with COE and Resource Center models, including market intelligence, risk management, and optimization practices.Experience in logistics (freight and warehousing) is a plusAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Project.- Project management experience leading complex initiatives across the organization- Familiarity with P2P processes and digital sourcing technologiesPharmavite is an equal opportunity employer.
