The Procurement Manager will oversee strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier performance, and end‑to‑end procurement activities to support timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality delivery of goods and services. This role is instrumental in strengthening supply chain performance, building and managing key supplier partnerships, and enabling business growth through disciplined commercial and operational execution.
The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of analytical insight and commercial judgment, with demonstrated experience navigating complex procurement environments, including global sourcing strategies and advanced contract negotiations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
Extensive experience (12–15+ years) across procurement and supply chain functions
Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management
Track record of overseeing long‑term commercial agreements, including Global Framework Agreements or comparable contracts
Practical experience working within enterprise ERP environments; SAP experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with international sourcing models and globally distributed supply chains
Background within EPC, Water, or Oil & Gas industries is highly advantageous
Experience supporting projects tied to installation and erection activities, including estimating costs for construction and fabrication of water treatment systems
