As a

Business Development Manager , you will take ownership of identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while managing and growing your own portfolio of clients.

You’ll act as the key link between customers and internal operational experts, creating tailored logistics solutions that deliver real value.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities

Build, manage, and grow a profitable customer portfolio

Develop customized logistics solutions

Lead negotiations with senior decision-makers

Expand presence across new and existing markets

Drive revenue growth through a consultative sales approach

About You

Proven experience within freight forwarding sales

A strong track record in business development and sales

Solid knowledge of logistics solutions

Fluency in English and strong digital capability

The ability to perform in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
