Location:

Chicago, IL (onsite 5 days a week)

Duration:

6 months

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel logistics

Prepare executive‑level presentations, reports, and correspondence

Conduct research and compile data to support decision‑making

Coordinate departmental records, reports, and communications

Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Support multiple executives across varying priorities and time zones

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5–7 years of executive administrative support experience

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in banking or financial services environments

Advanced presentation and data visualization skills

Proven ability to manage high‑volume, complex workflows

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24.87 to $41.45/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
