Responsibilities:
Processing of all dealership state paperwork
Verification of payoffs and obtaining all dealer titles
Posting of vehicles to inventory
Data entry
Assist with sorting of finalized paperwork
Invoicing of vehicles
Other duties as assigned by the office manager
Requirements:
Previous experience a plus
Ability to provide quality customer service
Willingness to take initiative
Quality writing and grammar skills
Computer literacy
Skills in Microsoft Excel and Word or similar computer programs
Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
Detailed follow up
Professional appearance
Ability to work independently
Punctual, reliable and eager to improve
