Responsibilities:
Create all documents related to transactions with the Department of Motor Vehicles; ensure work is done correctly and in a timely manner.
Verification of payoffs and obtaining all dealer titles.
Posting of vehicles to inventory
Data entry, process titles, generate reports
Assist with sorting of finalized paperwork
Ensure all customers have a positive impression of the dealership.
Crosstraining for other office responsibilities
Requirements:
Previous experience or training in motor vehicle and/or billing a plus
Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines
Ability to provide quality customer service
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Highly motivated, self-starter; professional demeanor and appearance.
Quality writing and grammar skills
Computer literacy, understanding of Excel, Word and Outlook
Highly organized with detailed follow up
