Data Entry / Spreadsheet tracking

Assist with sorting of finalized paperwork

Processing general warranty paperwork

Processing warranty cancelations

Assisting with all day to day office paperwork

Completing various tasks as directed

Reporting sold vehicles to manufacture sites

Processing dealer incentives

Processing online payoffs

Cleaning and posting of schedules

Handling daily deposits

Requirements

Previous dealership experience required

General automotive accounting skills are a must

Knowledge of DealerTrack DMS a plus

Vehicle title experience a plus

Microsoft Excell competency a plus

Ability to provide quality customer service

Willingness to take initiative

Quality writing and grammar skills

Break down and finalize vehicle sales

Computer literacy

Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily

Detailed follow up

Professional appearance

Ability to work independently as well as with others
