Haley Toyota of Roanoke is seeking an experienced non-management staff person who may have a background in any of the following:
Accounting Clerk: Manages billing, accounts payable, account receivable, and reconciles schedules.
Title/DMV Clerk: Processes vehicle titles and registration paperwork.
Deal Processor: Processes sales contracts, title work (retail, lease, trade), taxes, payoffs, verifies documents, and supports sales team with paperwork.
Qualifications:
Associate in accounting or related field is preferred.
2 years Automotive experience preferred.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Solid computer skills (Accounting software & Microsoft Excel). Dealertrack DMS a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. As a back up.
Support Office Manager with human resource functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks and DMV.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
And other tasks.
