Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to a team or department and performs clerical, administrative, and customer service duties.
Essential Functions
Answer phone calls, emails, and Slack messages
Greets and assist visitors
Manages and coordinates administrative tasks, projects, and programs
Coordinates communication with internal departments and external stakeholders
Uses computer software to create spreadsheets, manage databases, and prepare presentations, reports, and documents
Tracks process timelines and ensures task completion and follow-up.
Manages calendars and organizes meetings
Provides support to leaders and employees as assigned
Requirements
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience

Valley de-escalation certification as required by client interaction
