Accounts Payable Clerk
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting the Accounts Payable Specialist in their day-to-day administrative related duties. Your primary duties will involve handling various aspects of accounting, including invoice processing, matching invoices to purchase orders, making copies, data entry and filing documentation. Your attention to detail and accuracy will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with AP to manage invoice processing, PO's, billing, and payment procedures.
Match invoices to corresponding purchase orders and ensure accuracy.
Prepare copies of invoices and supporting documentation as needed.
Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient retrieval of financial records.

Experience:
Microsoft Office Proficiency:
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required. This includes intermediate-level Excel skills such as working with formulas, v-lookups, and sorting data.
Minimum HS Diploma, but an Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
