Pay is up to $44,720 annually with a performance‑based pay increase following a 90‑day review

Responsibilities
Execute precision order fulfillment by accurately selecting finished goods from stock using advanced handheld scanning technology and tablets
Master the logistics workflow, including professional packing, sealing, labeling, and stenciling of high‑quality goods for global shipment
Manage shipping documentation such as packing forms, bills of lading, and digital records for major carriers like UPS and FedEx
Operate specialized material‑handling equipment, including electric pallet riders and forklifts, to safely move and position inventory for distribution
Maintain a high‑efficiency workspace by adhering to 5S organizational standards and collaborating with the warehouse team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
Proven track record of strong attendance and reliability; this is the most critical requirement for our team
Experience in "true" order picking, including the ability to follow detailed digital picking processes and use warehouse inventory software
Basic mathematical proficiency (fractions, decimals, and percentages) and the ability to read complex shipping documents
Physical capability to stand for an eight‑hour shift and lift items up to 70 lbs in a dynamic warehouse environment
Positive, collaborative attitude with the communication skills necessary to work side‑by‑side with industry specialists
Stable work history and residence within a 30‑minute drive of the Germantown, WI area
