Job Description
We are looking for private music instructors who share our philosophy of "Learn to Play From the Heart" and are passionate about helping students reach their potential. Our mission is to make lessons affordable and accessible.
Responsibilities:
Deliver piano lessons in students’ homes, in your own home or studio, or via webcam.
Schedule lessons independently and develop curriculum or lesson plans.
Communicate effectively with our office and students.
Follow COVID‑19 safety guidelines, including mask wearing, hand sanitizing, and social distancing when appropriate.
Qualifications
Independent contractor status with the ability to travel within the San Antonio, TX area.
Formal music training preferred; must hold a degree in music, be enrolled in a music program, have professional performing experience, or possess previous teaching experience.
Organized, reliable, and punctual for all lessons.
Strong communication skills.
Compensation
Pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, based on travel time, experience, education, and student retention rate.
