What You'll Do
Provide clinical support and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance
Conduct session observations and provide real-time coaching and feedback
Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming
Ensure treatment fidelity and high-quality service delivery
Participate in parent/caregiver training and collaboration
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with BCBAs and multidisciplinary teams to support client progress
What We’re Looking For
Passion for working with children and advancing in the ABA field
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical care
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (required)
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Certification, OR accruing hours toward a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
1+ years’ experience supervising children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and designing/managing ABA-based treatment (preferred)
Advanced knowledge about Autism Spectrum Disorder
Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing
Excellent time management skills are a must
Preferred Qualifications
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
Bilingual
