SERVICE TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Job Summary
Repairs, maintains and assists in the installation of vending machines and equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to dispatch calls for machine repairs using company‑owned vehicle.
Call on existing customers to determine adequacy of service; listen to and resolve service complaints.
Visually inspect and listen to machines to determine causes of malfunctions; dismantle machines to gain access to problem area.
Inspect parts to detect wear, misalignment or other problems; remove and replace worn or defective parts; repair broken parts; realign and adjust components; test machine operation following repair.
Review inventory and order parts; ship and receive machines; maintain equipment inventory.
Prepare machines for installation at accounts; assist in installations and removals.
Set up and operate mechanical equipment and small hand tools, such as drills, grinders and welding torches, for machine repair.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude; vending or concession equipment experience required.
