Aircraft CNC Machinist
Location: Wichita, KS
Salary: $19 - $22 per hour
Shift: First (8 AM – 4 PM) – multiple shifts available.
Education: High School diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce aircraft parts to precise specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings.
Set up machines, select tooling, and adjust offsets as needed.
Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and inspect finished parts for quality.
Follow all safety and quality standards in a fast‑paced production environment.
Essential Functions
Wear steel‑toe shoes.
Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
Work weekends.
Qualifications
1+ year of CNC machining experience; aerospace preferred.
Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to work in a team‑oriented environment.
High School diploma or GED.
