Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join their dynamic clinical team at Keck Medicine of USC, located in Los Angeles, CA. This position will support the inpatient population.
Start with 3 weeks’ vacation and 3 personal days.
Health benefits and paid time off are available.
Reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal.
Money toward continuing education events.
Up to $5,000 tuition reimbursement annually.
What You’ll Do
Provide nutrition care across a diverse patient population, including critical care and nutrition support.
Educate and collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff, demonstrating strong interdisciplinary relationship‑building skills.
Participate in Performance Improvement / Quality Improvement (PI/QI) initiatives with an interest in advancing best practices.
Be willing and eager to learn new processes where prior experience may be limited. Precept and mentor Dietetic Interns.

What You Bring
Registered Dietitian (RD) with at least 2+ years of acute care experience.
Advanced degree and/or specialty certification preferred.
Experience with diverse patient populations, including critical care and nutrition support.
Strong ability to collaborate with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff.
Self‑directed, flexible team player with strong communication and time‑management skills.
Experience with PI/QI initiatives preferred.
Willingness to learn new skills.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement: Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the ACEND.
Credentials requirement: Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states or facilities, the RD/RDN credential may be required at the time of hire.
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice; in some states or facilities, state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire.
Minimum functional experience: 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision.
