Progressive Care Unit - PCU RN - Travel Nurse
TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) assignment in Columbus, Ohio. The role is a 13-week, travel assignment starting 06/01/2026, with 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift schedule.
Responsibilities
Provide basic bedside care and stabilize critical cardiac patients.
Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medication; report adverse reactions to treatment.
Monitor and adjust specialized equipment and interpret electronic display data.
Initiate corrective action when monitoring equipment indicates adverse symptomatology.
Qualifications
BLS and ACLS certifications required, with at least 2 years of recent acute care experience. Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
