Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas.
Experience in home health care or outpatient settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient‑centered care.
Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and best practices.
CPR Certified (current).
Professional Liability Insurance.
Auto Insurance.
