DC Lead

Responsibilities
Oversee and assist with order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders.
Schedule pick‑up.
Train and coach employees.
Monitor performance and production goals.
Correct errors and raise escalations to the proper individual.
Create BOLs and bill orders.
Perform computer‑related tasks and run reports.
Ensure processes and policies are followed.
Identify and correct production issues.
Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of area.
Required Qualifications
Education equivalent to four years of high school.
2‑3 years of general labor experience.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of lead experience preferred.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Working Conditions
Manufacturing.
Physical Demands
Driving motorized equipment for long periods of time.
Frequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling of tools and boxes.
Able to work in various temperature conditions.
Operation of motorized forklift.
