
Practice Administrator

Chelsea Skin and Laser is seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to lead the operations of a well-established and growing dermatology and aesthetic practice.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, strengthening financial outcomes, and building a strong, accountable team. The position works closely with physician leadership to align day-to-day execution with the long-term direction of the practice.
Core Duties
Operations
Lead daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and a high-quality patient experience
Optimize workflows, scheduling, and overall practice performance
Identify and implement operational improvements
Develop and manage the annual budget in partnership with leadership
Oversee financial reporting, including monthly performance and key metrics
Monitor revenue cycle performance and identify areas for improvement
Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff development
Build a strong, professional, and accountable culture
Develop management structure and improve communication across the organization
Strategy and Growth
Support business planning and growth initiatives
Partner on marketing strategies and service line development, including aesthetics
Evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency and expand services
Compliance and Infrastructure
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory requirements
Oversee technology systems, including EHR optimization
Manage facilities, vendors, and overall office environment
Qualifications
7 to 10+ years of healthcare practice management experience
Dermatology or aesthetic practice experience strongly preferred
Strong financial and operational acumen
Proven leadership and team development experience
Experience with EHR and practice management systems
Compensation and Benefits
15% annual goal-based bonus plus 5% discretionary bonus
