Key Responsibilities & Duties
Manage daily administrative, clinical support, and business functions of the facility.
Serve as a liaison between governing boards, medical staff, and organizational leadership.
Develop and oversee operating, staffing, and capital budgets to ensure financial health.
Monitor financial performance and address operational risks proactively.
Support physician relationships and coordinate credentialing and medical staff processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
Oversee vendor and service contracts to maintain operational efficiency.
Participate in operational reviews and performance reporting to drive improvements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical or ambulatory center leadership; 5 years preferred.
Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and operational risk mitigation.
Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards in healthcare settings.
Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to manage teams and physician relationships.
Ability to identify service line development opportunities and drive operational improvements.
Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on accountability and hands-on leadership.
