Operations Supervisor - Manufacturing (Metal Fabrication) - Base Salary to 120k/year - Gallatin, TN
AllSearch Recruiting is partnering with a U.S.-based manufacturing organization within the commercial vehicle and metal fabrication space to identify an Operations Supervisor. This role leads daily production operations within a hands‑on fabrication and assembly environment, supporting teams across welding, finishing, and installation functions.

This role leads daily production operations within a hands‑on fabrication and assembly environment, supporting teams across welding, finishing, and installation functions.
The Operations Supervisor will drive production performance, quality standards, and team development while maintaining a strong presence on the manufacturing floor.
Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day operations across fabrication, welding, paint/prep, and final assembly/installation teams
Supervise production personnel to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output goals
Monitor key production metrics such as throughput, efficiency, quality, and rework
Implement and improve processes related to workflow, productivity, and labor utilization
Partner with internal teams on workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Oversee training programs, skills development, and progression within production teams
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and operational procedures
Maintain a hands‑on presence on the production floor to support teams and troubleshoot issues
Qualifications
Leadership experience within a
manufacturing or production environment
(e.g., fabrication, assembly, industrial production)
Experience supervising production teams in a
shop floor setting
Ability to manage performance metrics and drive productivity improvements
Experience working in a
hands‑on environment with direct floor engagement
Ability to work
onsite daily , with availability to start prior to
6:00 AM production shift
Willingness to work hours necessary to meet production demands
Compensation
Base salary in the 80k - 120k/year range plus bonus
