Accounts Collection Coordinator
The Account Collections Coordinator is responsible for daily deposits, handling cash and calling and corresponding with customers regarding balances and making payment arrangements. This position requires a level of discretion regarding customer accounts.

Customer Account Collection Calls
Accurate Accounting of Customer Interactions/Communication
Deposit Payment Research, Posting and Balancing
Deposit Transfers
Account Reconciliation
Refund Management
Manual Billing
Answer Multi-Line Phones
Coordinate with 3rd Party Collections Agency
Required Qualifications and Experience
Collections Experience 1 year preferred
Office Administrative Experience 1 year
Excellent attention to details and communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Basic Accounting Skills Preferred
Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as with a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Associates Degree Preferred
Ability to work 40 hours/week
Ability to pass Drug and Background Screening
