Responsibilities for Operations Support Specialist
Manage document accuracy. Requires complex knowledge of customers, carriers, and procedures.
Provide ongoing training to employees on procedures, protocols, and computer systems.
Establish and reinforce department regulations, guidelines and timelines.
Effectively complete operational responsibilities for appropriate individuals / positions.
Ensure operational support in the areas of service, inventory, and production.
Ensure safety programs and standards are followed.
The operations support role is to assist and ensure the right processes and practices across the organization.
Maintain regular communication with leadership in order to report problems and/or safety hazards.
Ensure training program administered and identify additional training areas for development of staff.
Qualifications for Operations Support Specialist
Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, engineering or computer science engineering, or equivalent experience.
Is a natural problem solver with time management, training, and critical thinking skills.
