Sanitation III- 1st Shift

Schwan's Company - - Responsibilities: Operate Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) systems and perform detailed disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of production equipment to meet sanitation standards; Follow established sanitation schedules to clean and sanitize facility infrastructure and production lines, documenting all activities in compliance with regulatory and company protocols; Accurately mix, apply, and document chemical usage, ensuring correct concentrations and applications for effective cleaning and sanitation; Conduct inspections and internal audits to verify sanitation effectiveness, ensuring all equipment meets microbial safety and cleanliness standards; Adhere to all OSHA safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
