As the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Residential & Education Services, you'll play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly while contributing to strategic initiatives that matter.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact position where your work directly supports executive decision-making, program success, and organizational excellence. You won't just manage calendarsyou'll help drive priorities, streamline operations, and keep big-picture goals on track.
What You'll Do:
Own and optimize a dynamic executive calendaranticipating needs and prioritizing what matters most
Coordinate high-level meetings from start to finish: agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-through
Prepare polished reports, presentations, and communications that reflect professionalism and clarity
Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverablesensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Anticipate challenges and resolve issues with confidence and discretion
Partner on cross-functional initiatives that advance Residential & Education Services
Track and report key data tied to operations, quality improvement, and infection prevention
Conduct research and synthesize insights to support leadership decisions
Contribute to communications and marketing efforts that highlight program impact

High school diploma or GED required, associate degree in business administration, administrative support, or a related field preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible executive-level administrative experience required. Experience in healthcare, human services, or nonprofit environments preferred.
