Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support to clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and linen changes
Accompany clients to appointments and outings
Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior
Requirements
Prior experience working with elderly clients in a caregiving role is preferred
Experience assisting seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
Understanding of dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other memory-related conditions is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to clients with physical or cognitive limitations
High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening prior to employment
